TECHNICAL OFFICE R&D

We prioritise technical excellence in all aspects of our manufacturing process. We begin with a thorough technical review and evaluation of our customers’ specifications, including required materials, welding qualifications and non-destructive testing procedures, painting procedures and final delivery requirements.

We then use our customers’ drawings to produce our own design and assembly drawings required for the manufacturing process. Our team also work on drawings of parts or assemblies of all types using 3D software applications to ensure the most accurate and efficient production. Throughout the assembly process, we take into account the typical deformations and contractions that occur during welding processes to ensure that the final product is of the highest quality.

WE CARRY OUT A TECHNICAL REVIEW AND EVALUATION OF CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS:

1.

Using the customer’s drawings, we produce our own design and assembly drawings required for the manufacturing process.

2.

We work on drawings of parts or assemblies of all types using 3D software applications.

3.

The assembly sequence of the parts is always made taking into account the deformations and contractions that occur during the welding process.

4.

Inspections are essential to ensure the quality and safety of welded structures. Our company prepares an Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for each project.
