STABILISED WELDING - HEAT TREATMENT
After the stresses generated by welding, we carry out its stabilisation in order to eliminate them, using HEAT TREATMENT and VIBRATION STABILISATION techniques.
Transport
We also offer regular transport services throughout Europe with the best international agencies, including special transport.
Shot blasting
We use shot blasting to remove surface impurities from industrial sheet metal, including those created during the oxygen cutting and manufacturing process. Oxide produced during heat treatment is also removed.
Finishing operations in TJL
Depending on the customer’s requirements, the parts can be subjected to complementary operations such as re-profiling of the screws, polishing of the surfaces, application of greases for surface protection, etc.
PRIMING
Priming after the blasting process provides adequate protection for the surface of the part. The quality and thickness of the paint applied is in accordance with the customer’s requirements. Based on agreement with our customers, we apply the necessary intermediate or final coatings for each structure.
MACHINING OF PARTS
At Juan Lasa, if the customer requires the part to be machined before shipment, we have a long and close relationship with the best local machining companies, offering the best quality/price ratio.
