Previous operations are clearly identified in the documentation generated by our technical department to avoid possible errors. We pay special attention to previous machining operations, the sequence of welds, accessibility, etc.

Stabilization of welds - Heat treatment

After the stresses generated by welding, we manage their stabilization to eliminate them, using HEAT TREATMENT and VIBRATION STABILIZATION techniques. A graph of the entire process is generated showing the heating, holding and cooling times.

Finishes in Juan Lasa

According to the customer’s specifications, the pieces can undergo finishing processes such as reworking of threads, polishing of machined surfaces, application of industrial grease for surface protection, etc.

Primer

Application of primer paints after the shot blasting process to protect the material. The quality and thicknesses applied are those required by the client.

Shot blasting the parts

We apply shot blasting to remove surface impurities from pieces cut from industrial sheet metal and those generated in the manufacturing process. The oxide generated during the heat treatment is removed. Standard ISO 8501-1 Shot blasting Sa 2½.

We offer regular transport services throughout Europe with the best international agencies.
